Ignorant store employee 2/2/2008

This is a Ignorant store. Ignores the customer waiting for his turn and assumes what the customer is there for and move on to next one with out asking the one who was there before asuming what he wants and has been waiting for 1/2 an hour for his turn. Do not go there I will never go back to this store. Cons: service more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 7/6/2007

Nasty customer service. They are nice before they get your money.. once they have it.. you are on your own. They mess up orders, and get annoyed if one calls to find out the situation. I am very surprised at the quality of follow ups.. and customer service responds. They leave much to desired. I am never going back.. that is for sure. more
