Would Never Go Back 5/14/2010

Awful experience! Had to buy glasses for whole family and associate tried to add all sorts of extras to each pair of glasses that our insurance did not cover. Then would not remove the items or give an explanation of products or added items. Will NEVER return due to being ripped off. That's what I call POOR customer service. more

Great selection and deals 2/28/2010

I walked in after just getting my eyes dialated and exhausted from checking out Eyeglass World's entire selection. It frustrated me that the women's line was a bit too narrow and that every rep that offered to help me make a selection was dressed in glasses from anything but Eyeglass World. I ended up leaving and saw a little shop on my right that glowed with a cheap-looking neon light: ""Optical Impressions."" I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the set up and selection. The owner was very personable and the prices were right. They work with you and even have payment plans. \r Pros: Better than eyeglass world and Walmart Cons: They're not as cheap as Costco...but who is that's local? more
