Based on two different interactions with this office I will not continue doing business with them. From what my wife tells me, the Dr is very friendly and thorough. I have witnessed a poor exchange of customer service personally when I was waiting for my wife’s examination about a month ago. The front desk clerk was less than professional and seems to care little for the issue that the customer was very upset about.\r

When I contacted the office recently I also felt less than satisfied with the reply that I received from the same front desk clerk. Based on these situations alone, it makes me want to seek out another optical location for myself and my family.\r

I'm not sure if it is me or not, but the sale of woman's accessories such as purses in an optical shop seems weird.\r
