Opry Mills Shopping Center

Ok... Now I've been to MANY malls. *Giggle* This mall is the most amazing mall that I've ever been to! It has plenty of activities for the kids (This means Dad too!) to enjoy. There is a Gibson Music store there. Where you can watch them make their famous guitars and banjo's even! Places for the kids (Yep Dad too!) to play glow in the dark miniature golf, virtual nascar racing and so much more. They even have a small aquarium there where you can pet sea creatures. There is also a movie theater and an IMAX. Ok, Dad and the kids are out of the way! Now, for us women.... The Shopping! There are so many stores here you need 2 days to spend walking this mall! It reminds me of an outlet mall except it's in the cool indoors. They had everything from The Disney Store to Off Saks Fifth Avenue. They stores are almost all at outlet store prices. This mall is so much fun! I want to take a trip to Nashville just to wander it's clean decorative walkways. And hit the great prices in those stores! more

When I have friends and family in town this is one of the first places we go. It definitely has a unique atmosphere and lots of fun places for people of all ages. However as a local person I've found that the stores don't really have the appeal when you have to put up with the excess crowds. When shopping for myself I'd rather visit one of the area malls like Cool Springs. more

The Opry Mills mall is a great place to shop and have fun. Not only are there lots of stores, there are also themed dining and entertainment venues.There is something for everyone including live performances on the Center Stage. It's very clean and family friendly. The Outdoor Shop located inside the mall even has live fish on display. more

If you are visiting Nashville or live nearby this is a must see mall. There is something for everyone. Bring your walking shoes, and bring or rent a stroller for the kids. The restaurants are great too! Not too many true outlet stores but there is a wide variety of upscale and unique stores. more

This is the biggest mall in Nashville, and it has tons of different places to shop, eat, etc. The mall has an I-Max theatre in it, a jungle gym type area for kids to play, a huge food court, nicer places to eat, outlets, small one of a kind stores, and family restrooms. It is a great place to visit if you are visiting Nashville, but it is also nice for locals to be sure they can find whatever they are looking for! more

THis is a neat mall...it has the only starbucks in donelson and is largely outlets. It has a few small but good restaurants. It can be very crowded on the weekends. It has a great movie theater. It is mostly outlets, and some chains. It can be touristy, but is a great place to hang out or shop. more
