Poor customer service 2/16/2011

I was sent an arrangement of roses from this florist that arrived on a Friday afternoon and was wilting by Monday. Additionally, the arrangement sender ordered a particular arrangement off of their website and paid for the arrangement to be made with a dozen roses. The arrangement was only made with 10, and was poorly constructed. Apparently their "substitution clause" allows for them to send fewer flowers and more filler in their arrangements. I would not recommend this florist to anyone who enjoys quality arrangements. more

Great Experience 5/19/2010

Open Air saved the day on Mother's day. I ordered an arrangement for my mom for mother's day. She said the flowers were lovely, but after a while something made her allergies act up. She talked with a designer and figured out the culprit. They then delivered a new arrangement that mom could enjoy. And they didn't even charge me any extra. I will always use Open Air Florist for my Clearwater flowers. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE 5/18/2010

What a great experience. Ruth and staff were extremely helpful in planning my son's wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and my friends are still raving about them. I was anxious about the venue and caterer, but not the flowers. It was a beautiful evening I'll always remember. more

Wedding Flowers were brown and wilted 5/21/2007

I was very disappointed that my sister in law referred me to Open Air. They dropped off my flowers and left fairly quick. My girls noticed their flowers had alot of brown petals they had to pull off. My bouquet barely lasted through the ceremony and my husband said the bootneers were brown and wilted. I would not recommend them if you want to use roses in your wedding. more

Fresh flowers 9/21/2005

The flowers are fresh at the Open Air Florist and lasted over one week.They have flower arrangements made to pick up or will design one for you.They also carry in their store beautiful plants, silks, balloons, and fruit baskets.Their prices are reasonable.The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.You can pick up your arrangement at the store or they can deliver it. more
