Located in a non-descript strip-mall, this place looks like a typical sushi place and is anything but. The sushi is of excellent quality and I have never been disappointed. Beats Kura sushi and other more 'westernized' sushi places that value entertainment over good sushi. The best part is that it is easy on the wallet. The servers are Japanese and the food tastes as it should be....JAPANESE! I am half Japanese and have spend half my life growing up in Japan. I can't express to you the disappointment I've experienced time after time with these supposed "Japanese" restaurants. I gotta tell you, once I discovered this place I was delighted to find actual Japanese servers, sushi chef and cooks running the place. They are courteous and always serve you hand and foot. I'm always happy to hear them call out, "irashai" which means welcome, when you first walk in. Feels like home away from home! This little restaurant comes highly recommended.
