Ooba Tooba Mex Grill

They just opened up in Bellevue near the transit center. What a great lunch spot! I haven't had anything this good at any mexican restaurant before. more

We live very near Ooba and get it "To Go" very often. When we don't get it to go - dining in is a great option for dinner. Family friendly (table toys provided for the kids) - yet hip and fun for adults as well. We are able to take our 2 children and feel comfortable - and still have a beer with dinner. Their service is fast and friendly, and we have not had one item off the menu that wasn't GREAT! more

This is a very good place for a tasty and fast food. You don't have to wait for a long time after placing the order. their employees are are also very friendly. They also have some kind of cards, you can ask for that it's free. They usually swap the card every time you buy something. After some time you get something free. I love thei chicken Ranchera fajita. more

Oobas is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere is very low key and simple, although they have some big wooden tables that make eating in a pleasurable experience for the nostalgic spirited. The meals cost between $6-10 and all of the ones I have tried have been really delicious. Try the steak burrito for a very filling and tasty lunch entree. Also, they sell their fresh salsa for take out and it is well worth the price. Two thumbs up! more

If you want some good lunch i would highly recommend this place. It's a low key place but the food is good. You order the food yourself and you seat yourself and the decor is not the greatest. I wouldn't suggest it for an important business meeting but great for a quick and good lunch. more

Ooba's is one of my favorite eating spots in Redmond. The food is fresh and prepared quickly AND you can get a glass of wine or a beer or even a margarita. You can call ahead and request take-out or eat-in. If you eat-in, you'll find an extremely casual somewhat noisy atmosphere but it's a super-friendly place to hang out for families with kids or groups of adults alike. more

Ooba's Mexican Grill offers an ever changing menu of new and authentic Mexican dishes. It is always fun to try something new their as everything is excellent. I only have two complaints, one is that the drinks are too expensive, and two is that the burritos, though being mighty tasty, are not big enough for their cost. If you want to try Mexican that you will never forget, give Ooba's Mexican Grill a try. The average entree is $6-10. more

If you're in the mood for authentic Mexican food (no, not like the kind you'll find at Taco Bell or Ixtapa, but more like you might find if you found tasty regional cuisine), you'll appreciate Ooba's. Kid-friendly and tasty, Ooba's has two locations: one right near Ben Franklin crafts in Redmond and another, larger location in Woodinville. Our little eaters appreciated the ability to play games while they were waiting for food and the big eaters appreciated the ability to order only what the little eaters would eat. Food highlights included the fabulous guacamole (don't be fooled -- get the biggest size you can), excellent fish tacos, and tasty, huge burritos. I recommend almost anything that they make fresh, and that's one of the best selling points of Oobas: most stuff is made, bistro-style, in front of you while you wait. Other pluses include many many different kinds of salsa, more chips than you can stuff down your gullet, and a cooler stocked with cooling libations (including the adult variety). Enjoy! more
