Originally started in 1976 by Robert Hartley and Lawrence O'Neal, the firm was known as Hartley and O'Neal. The firm has undergone many changes over its nearly 35 years. We have tried to adapt to the needs of our clients while maintaining the highest of standards. Michael J. Long joined the firm in 1980 and the firm became Hartley, O'Neal & Long. After Mr. Hartley's departure, the firm was O'Neal & Long until 1993 when K. Long & Hall, LLP. continued to offer general practice and real estate knowledge to its clients until 2010, when the firm began offering criminal law services as well..
