The One-Way Cafe is adjacent to the Hideaway Motel, and has an amazing, retro-Coca-Cola decor. Their breakfast is popular for its array of $1.99 specials, which include standard fare such as hot cakes & eggs, plus more originals items like giant cinnamon rolls, or chorizo con huevos served with tortillas.
The day menu includes Rippers (all-beef deep fried hot dogs offered with a wide variety of toppings), their trademark Stuft (with sauteed mushroom) Burgers, as well as a lighter menu, with offerings such as Lemon Pepper Salmon. Everything I've had there was excellent. The salads really stand out . The full plate Cobb Salad is HUUUUGE, very satisfying. Split one with a friend or date. Their house specialty is Golden Veggie Salad, a lightly sweet melange of various diced vegeetables. Unique and delicious. Don't pass it up!
They are located a couple hundred yards off of the south I-70 interchange in Richfield, Utah. Really fun place. They also have a private conference room people can reserve or have lunch at. And, their adjacent Health Hut (sort of a health food, beach style hangout) offers wheat grass shots, smoothies and more. Helpful, nice service too. A great, low-cost place to eat, talk and hang out.
