Awesome company. I called and talked to Lee, told him my budget and needs for a computer. He came up with a great deal for me, I ended up upgraded from my orginal budget based on our conversation and I'm glad that I did. I won't buy a computer anywhere else. He had it built and ready within a day. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else, the guys at Best Buy or whatever have no idea what they are talking about. They may seem to if you don't know much about computers but they truly don't. This place went over everything with me and I was very impressed. more

Well what can I say, I'm glad being hard headed paid off. I took my computer in for repair and got more than I expected according to the reviews. He was pleasant and professional I'm not sure what else a person would be looking for??? The service was fast and my system runs like a dream. I feel like I got more than I paid for, I'm good. more

He's a real kool guy, BUT this dude is never @ his own establishment, and when he is he's still never there. He tells u what want to here to get out of his face, it's his fault they take so long, he's Money Hungry and he's not that bright, why buy something from me for 50 and try to sell it for 70 when it's only worth 15 and the pawn shop only was giving 3 for it.. But if you appear to be intimidating it will get taken care of quickly.. more

I drop my laptop there for up dated the guy took my laptop never finish it ,after several intent he finaly called me to pick up the laptop , but took the money never did what he supposed to do , i take it back to him because the frame was cut in half ,said i have 90 days warranty he will not charge to fix it , when the time come for me to pick up the laptop the lady who work there said she's the wife, ask me to pay over $100.00 for it , i say no she said she will sell my laptop if i don't pay the money to pick it up ..bad people ,don't go there i rate them 0 0 0 more

So I drop my computer off a week before Christmas and it takes until almost New Year's to find out what is even wrong with the computer. Supposedly, it's the motherboard. So when I get it back mid-January, the screen settings were wrong, and when the guy was showing me that it was working, it wasn't. Then, when I get it home, within a week, my computer locks up on me because he installed his version of Windows to which he never gave me a key. So I was completely unable to use the computer. His response, ""bring it back in and we will fix it for you."" So I did, for an additional $50.00. BTW, after he replaced my motherboard, he never bothered to download the drivers for the new sound card on the motherboard...so I have no sound on my computer and the nice surround sound speakers I got as a gift for Christmas are still just sitting in the box. So anyway, I had a friend download the drivers for the sound card and because the ""repair"" (using this term as loosely as I can) guy created his own administrative settings, I can't download updates, drivers or install any new hardware because I don't have administrative privileges. If I could give a ""0"" star rating, trust me, I would!!!! You'd be better off paying more money to have less hassle! more

One guy from Micro-center and the other guy from the Geek Squad. I took my computer in and these guys really know there stuff! I got my computer in 3hours after paying the one day service fee. Thank you for saving my project for my job. I am so happy!!! Thank you One Stop Computer Shop! I will recommend you to all my family and friends. more

Pease be aware! Do not shop at One Stop Computer on South Cobb Drive. If you leave your computer or electronic item there for repair they will keep it and tell you, you have to buy a new one from them. Please be careful they have got me twice. All be very careful because they use Craigslist quite often! 3201 S Cobb Dr Se # D5, Smyrna, GA 30080. If you have already been scammed like me, I highly encourage you to contact the BBB. more

Do not shop here at all ..... Not only is the customer service bad. They don't know what they are doing. Simple things like cleaning up your files to make your system run fast, yes they can do that. so can you. more
