An Outstanding Job 7/13/2017

Could not have been happier with the job that Eric did in cleaning the carpeting in our great room, living room, dining room, office and bathroom. In addition, he had to stretch the carpeting in our living room. He was very courteous and meticulous in his work. As a side note, I had a love seat that I was ready to put out on the street because of its soiled condition and Eric made it look like new. It is gorgeous. Have recommended him to my neighbors and cannot say enough about the fantastic job he did. If you want a good job, call Eric. more

Red nail polish - gone! 9/16/2016

I called Dave from one stop carpet repair in Novi and asked if there was any hope for the carpet my daughter spilled red nail polish on. He said he had a few cleaners we could try and if that didn't work we could remove the spot & replace it with an extra piece I have. He gave me hope! Sure enough when he came for my appointment (on time) he was able to get the stain out! Red nail polish on a tan carpet - GONE! I am just amazed and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a stain on their carpet. more

Excellent work 8/30/2016

A realtor referred One Stop Carpet Care to me - and now I know why! The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He used special equipment to extract dog urine from the carpet. It was a thorough process and my carpet looks and smells great! I will use them again. more

Fast flexible service at fair cost 5/25/2016

They were very helpful, answered all my questions, had an appointment available on the next business day and did a great job cleaning my couch. Too bad they have a minimum rate although I live fairly close. more

Great Experience with Drew 10/20/2015

We have worked with Dave for repairs in the past, but Drew came out and cleaned all the carpets in our new home. My wife and I couldn't have been happier! Not only did Drew do a great job, but he gave us a lot of hints and tips for keeping our carpet clean and reduce wear. I highly recommend One Stop and Drew! more

Patrick from One Stop Carpet arrived and was very friendly, thorough, and conscientious. My carpet stains were removed with no remaining residue. My carpet was clean but not soaked for hours. This local company does an AWESOME JOB! I will definitely use their service again! more

Well Done Cleaning 10/3/2015

The textured carpet cleaned up so well the pile was as plush as new, even the padding felt softer to walk on. The worker was polite and informative and called to update on arrival. I like the fact a donation can be made to Humane Society per job, that is the reason I picked this outfit. This is the second time I used them and hope to go on a 6 month cleaning routine, since I have a dog to keep up the clean. more

One Stop is only carpet care provider I use. Have tried other companies in the past but One Stop is best by far. Drew V. was awesome. Very thorough and paid attention to detail. He took time to explain things, answer questions, and provide good advice. Excellent service. Very professional. My very old carpet looks amazing! more
