Total Mess! I was stuck at the shop for 9 hours, he gave me the shop crap truck so that I could go and pick my little girl (who is in a wheelchair) up from school. Eventually they rented me a car and put my truck back together, but it still has a manifold leak and a terrible clincking noise when I crank it. It has problems it did not have when I brought it threre. If Chad would focus more on the quality of his workmanship and less on cronies that hang at the shop all day, he would decent shop! While I waited, so many people had to come back for re-work or minor adjustments, one couple was irate. The mechanics in the shop are subpar, Chattahoochee Tech College is right across the street, they have a great automotive program where he could get some real talent in. Also, Chad needs to get a computer program in which he can easily find people's contact and payment information. A lady waited for 30 minutes while he tried to find a payment he had taken in the system. Ultimately, Chad needs someone to run his front desk while he manages his mechanics! He also needs to learn to look people up by their last names instead of the last four digits of there telephone numbers, it's impersonal and rude the way he does it. OH and CHAD....stop writing your own reviews all over the place, it's the same handles all over the internet! The point of this process is to get honest feedback from your customers so that you can grow your business, I can see why service is failing because you spend all of your time on the internet! When word gets out about your shop, and you are forced to close your doors, for the second time, please remember this post!! If you have any questions for me Chad and an extra 30 minutes to look up my phone number...call me I don't mind reiterating this to you over the phone or face to face! It's a better alternative to suing, I am not letigious, I just really feel taken advantage of!
