I would advice anyone considering using this business to go to the BBB site and see the complaints against them.I also filed a complaint with the BBB against them to.I would never recommend them to my worst enemy, a crook with a business license.I took my car here to have the emissions and an alignment done on 2/9/13.I was charged $60.00 for an alignment that wasn't done or whatever adjustments they did do wasn't right and they had to have known this because my back 2 tires wore out really bad and when i noticed that they were wearing almost slick i went back on or before 3/23/13 and asked them to realign my tires, they seemed reluctant to do it but finally put it on the rack. Then the guy that said he was in charge (because I asked for Chad the owner and was told that he was out of town)came in and told me that my cambers were bad, rusty and that they couldn't be adjusted. So I asked him why did they charge me for a 4 wheel alignment in Feb. because if they were rusty and bad now (Mar.)then they were also bad in Feb.I took my car to my mechanic and he checked my car and said that my sub frame was bent, that the cambers were not bad.I had him replace the sub frame, the bottom control arms and I also told him to go ahead and put in new camber screws, after this work was done I took my car back to One Stop Auto on 4/6/13 and asked them to realign my car. After waiting for about an hour the guy that says he was in charge (because the owner Chad was not there again)came outside and told me that Chad had called and told him that I would have to pay to have my car realigned.I told him I wasn't going to pay them to do what they didn't do right the first time or they didn't do the alignment at all the first time. They never told me that anything was wrong with the cambers,They didn't say anything about the sub frame being bent, nothing at all about anything being wrong on 2/9/13 the day that the alignment was supposely done and I was charged for it. I feel that they knew it wasn't a good alignment or just didn't do it at all but charged me the $60.00 on 2/9/13 and then wouldn't make it right when I went back to them.BEWARE !!! VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS\r more

This place is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with . DO NOT take your car there they dont know how to fix anything and they still charge you. I also had a battery stolen out of my car and they wouldnt replace. They misdiagnosed another car and took 2 months and still could not fix it. They have an F rating with the BBB. DO NOT go there. I think they are in Marietta now. more

Awful! Rip off! They steal your parts AND your money! 5/1/2012

I took my car to this shop because my supposed friends work there. BIG MISTAKE. I took it in to have an exhaust manifold replaced on my car. In the process, the tech DRILLED A HOLE INTO MY CYLINDER HEAD! And then! They said, we'll fix it for 1200 dollars. Excuse me? Since when does a customer have to pay for a tech's mess up? They originally quoted me 150 to have the manifold put on there. It ended up costing me 475. And it isn't even fixed! And it's worse than it was! I left the shop thinking that it was fixed, but not happy about the cylinder head problem. After two days, the original problem came right back. After having another mechanic look at it, I found out they never even replaced the manifold with the one I brought them! They charged me 475 dollars, took my part and ""recycled"" it AND gave me an even bigger problem and refuse to do anything about it. I'm seeking a lawyer to have this resolved. My lesson has been learned, never mix friends with business, but I don't blame the people I know there as much as the owner. He is a shady character who LIVES to rip people off. Be aware. more

Bad REviews & they keep setting up new profiles 3/8/2012

Total Mess! I was stuck at the shop for 9 hours, he gave me the shop crap truck so that I could go and pick my little girl (who is in a wheelchair) up from school. Eventually they rented me a car and put my truck back together, but it still has a manifold leak and a terrible clincking noise when I crank it. It has problems it did not have when I brought it threre. If Chad would focus more on the quality of his workmanship and less on cronies that hang at the shop all day, he would decent shop! While I waited, so many people had to come back for re-work or minor adjustments, one couple was irate. The mechanics in the shop are subpar, Chattahoochee Tech College is right across the street, they have a great automotive program where he could get some real talent in. Also, Chad needs to get a computer program in which he can easily find people's contact and payment information. A lady waited for 30 minutes while he tried to find a payment he had taken in the system. Ultimately, Chad needs someone to run his front desk while he manages his mechanics! He also needs to learn to look people up by their last names instead of the last four digits of there telephone numbers, it's impersonal and rude the way he does it. OH and CHAD....stop writing your own reviews all over the place, it's the same handles all over the internet! The point of this process is to get honest feedback from your customers so that you can grow your business, I can see why service is failing because you spend all of your time on the internet! When word gets out about your shop, and you are forced to close your doors, for the second time, please remember this post!! If you have any questions for me Chad and an extra 30 minutes to look up my phone number...call me I don't mind reiterating this to you over the phone or face to face! It's a better alternative to suing, I am not letigious, I just really feel taken advantage of! more
