What a great experience.!! The office girls were great when I walked in the front door, After I explained that I was having a problem with my smog, Michelle explained that I could get $500.00 of free repairs with a small co-pay, she was very helpful. It took about an hour for the approval. When I got the approval Sarah gave me a date to come in, I dropped my car off, and they informed me that it might be there 1-5 days, Sheila, the service writer kept me informed throughout the process, they saved me $$$$ what a great expreince!! What an awesome automotive experience 2/26/2009

What a great experience. I was referred by 4 different people and they did not let me down. I will never go any where else. I needed brakes and they sold me only what I needed I was very pleased. I will recommend them to everyone. People in the office were wonderful and treated me like family. Thanks One Stop more

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/16/2009

I took my car in at 8 am and they said they would call as soon as they looked at it for smog repairs . I waited all day and finally called them at 4pm . They did not even look at my car all day and the girl said (TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH I DONT THINK WE CAN LOOK AT IT UNTIL NEXT WEEK) I went and got my car but it was to late to take it somewhere else that day.I asked the girl at the counter why she didn,t call all day and she said (I DONT KNOW) Then i asked her why they didn,t tell they couldn,t work on my car that morning she said (I DONT KNOW) Then i ask is there anyone that does know she said (I DONT KNOW) SO I DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER THAT MY CAR THERE AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING more

One Stop Rip-Off!! 12/29/2006

On December 29, 2006 my husband took our car into one stop smog for an exhaust leak. Jason, who has helped us with that same vehicle on other occasions, told my husband after charging him for the estimate that the repairs would run $1400.00. This seemed extreme after we found out that it was just a whole in the flex piece on the exhaust. We were referred to Meineke for a second opinion, and they fixed the exact same problem for $69.00, saving us 1329.00. Anyone considering going to One Stop for any kind of automotive repair now or in the future should think twice. What a bunch of scam artists! more

Good People 12/27/2005

I found 1 stop to be resonably priced. They told me what was wrong with my car without trying to sell me a bunch of junk I didn't need. The service was speedy and didn't cost as much as I expected more
