Jimmy D id a great job servicing my 12 year old furnace. He was extremely thorough, explaining things as he went along. No high pressure sales job on parts or additional servicing, just a straight shooter. more

Furnace Clean & Check 10/4/2015

Service Pro Jimmy D. cleaned and checked my furnace. He also explained the service plans available through One Hour Heating but did not give me a high pressure sales pitch. He was thorough, pleasant, and courteous - very professional. Great job! I will use One Hour Heating again. more

Yearly Heating cleaning 9/29/2015

I have been using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for over 25 years and all the technicians have been professionally trained. When Jimmy D. cleaned our heating furnace, he noticed a flame sensor that was beginning to wear out. There was no pressure to change it since it could last a few more years. If we should choose to wait at least we would be aware what module failed if the heat would shut off. Since I joined their service where I pay for one yearly heating and one air conditioning service, I appreciate a call from their office asking to set up a service appointment. more

Service on 8/10/15 8/22/2015

Jimmy D. was an outstanding technician. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He inspected and cleaned three A/C units and cleaned up after himself. He presented his findings to us afterwards and recommended follow up work for us to consider, but without pressure. We would definitely use this company again! more

Rosa was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and very understanding in my needs for time and date. Jose Gallardo is the most caring, understanding, technically knowledgeable and terrific technician I have met or experienced in a very long time. I would strongly recommend asking for him if service is needed for AC or furnace. more

Spring A/C tune-up 6/12/2015

We have a maintenance agreement with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to keep our furnace and a/c running at their peak. They call in the Spring and Fall to remind us that we are due for service and schedule appointments to meet our needs. Our service tech, Rick, arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He thoroughly checked out our system and installed a clean air filter (supplied by us) after seeing that the old one was ready for replacement. Very satisfied with the company's service. more

AC checkup from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning by Jose G. 4/6/2015

Jose was very informative and showed me why I have been having issues with my heat, even though he was there to check the AC. After cleaning the AC coils inside of my furnace and installing a electronic filter, he checked the AC. When the AC and the heat was turned on, I could feel the difference when I held my hand over my vents and the house cooled and heated up much quicker than normal. I will be asking for Jose to come and do my furnace checkup in the fall. Great job!! :) more
