Prompt, courteous and not pushy. Very informative about the work and a recommended repair. Gave recommendation about a small issue with a gas fireplace, also. 1st time customer and will call them back in the future. more

Furnace maintanace 11/11/2015

Both Employees were friendly and polite. Chad seemed to be very complete and went the extra mile to ensure that my furnace was cleaned. I appreciated the extra effort. He was extremely pleasant. Would you please tell all of your employees to turn off the lights. I have yet to have one of them do this (not just Chad) and if I don't have a reason to go downstairs the light can remain on for hours or even days. Please just remind them to do this. more
