Excellent Service ! 7/23/2018

Called One Hour Heating service in the am and by 2:00 they arrived for service. George was my technician , extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. Educated me on what was needed to get my air running and then fixed my unit. Thank you so much George for your professionalism!! If 5 is the best rating , they get a 10 ! more

JUAN & his assistant installed my new heater & air conditioning unit after removing the existing units. They did a neat and clean job on both the installation of the new units & the removal of the old units. The units are in good working condition and especially the air conditioning unit on the eve of a heat wave !!!! more

george was great. also oscar was great last time. however, you guys need to come back to check the a c out which is 40 feet up; george says needs another person to hold ladder and that he would notify office. heater was checked and is ok. pls schedule a c inspect at your convenience and with my crazy schedule. thanks. more

I recently had Tyler from One Hour Heating in Pleasantville, NJ out to service my units. He did a great job, and his customer service was very good. He was communicative with me throughout the process, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the work performed, and was a pleasure to deal with.
