I had a completely new AC system installed on Aug 2, 2017. It was not cooling properly and different technicians came on Aug 3rd and 4th. Chris C arrived on Monday, Aug 7th and systemically checked everything. He left nothing to chance. He was thoroughly professional, friendly, and explained things as he was going along. Finally he called the York factory and determined that the air handler settings were set incorrectly. Heat was running while trying to cool the house! He adjusted all my vents and provided pointers to maximize the effectiveness of my new unit. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Chris C. with a 15! He solved my problem and as I write this note, my house continues to be extremely comfortable (thanks to Chris C.) Fantastic effort. more
