Eric O. was the installer for our recently purchased air and heating unit. He was very cordial, knowledgeable, professional and patient. My husband and I are senior citizens and don't grasp ideas and explanations quickly but Eric was very patient and explained our system and how it worked going over things sometime twice until we understood. Employees like him are an asset for your company.Due to the excellent service we received, we will definitely be recommending your company to our friends. more

My tech was Dale Chason and he a fantastic job. Out of all the other techs I’ve had come and maintain my system. I’ve never felt the desire to give a review on. How ever after dealing with dale, that has changed. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough in his duties. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed their a/c worked on more

Great Service , Great People... 10/13/2017

Dave D. came out and was VERY analytical in diagnosing the problem I had with my AC unit...Bad blower motor of which was ordered on spot and was received two day's later. Dave came back out and had it installed in no time .He was also able to answer any and all questions I had to ask .Not only very professional but people friendly as well . These are the kind of people I like doing business with . they don't try and sell you something you don't need . Would / and will recommend One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating -Gulf Breeze , or anywhere , to anyone. Thanks guy's.JLP more

Kerry is such a knowledgeable guy on the AC unit. He came to the house and trouble shot my AC unit finding the circuit board was shorted. Knowing he was going to have to order a new one and it would take a week to come in, with his knowledge he was able to bypass the circuit board and keep us from having a extremely hot house. Dale arrived as scheduled. He examined the HVAC unit and updated me with what he needed to do to service my unit to ensure efficiency. He spent the time I needed when he explained things to make sure I understood. I would recommend Dale as a HVAC technician. more

Great Install Zach! 4/21/2017

Zach and his partner did a great install of our new heat pump and air handler. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did a thorough clean up upon completion. Zach kept us aware of their progress and answered all our questions. He presented skillfully the available add-ons, service agreements, and warranties. Watching him work and interact with his partner (Kyle) and us (the customer) reinforced our belief that we had chosen the correct company and product to replace our system. This company knows how to train its employees and the value of developing customer relationships. more

Zach was polite, knowlegeable and a hard worker. the job was done in a reasonable time and even did some extra work --cleared some monkey grass out of the gateway so the condenser cold get through , because i could not do it ahead of time due to shoulder surgery recently . more
