One Hour Air Conditioning And Heating

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came about a month ago. After they did the installation, they left two air conditioning filters for me. They were 16 by 25. But when I took the filter out that was in the air conditioning, it was 16 by 24. When I needed to put a new filter in, I had to break off a piece to make it fit, but then, of course, all the loose pieces fell inside the machine. I called One Hour and told them about another problem, and they said they'd come fix it. When the technician came I told him about the noise the unit make. Sometimes it sounds like freight train, and it makes all kinds of noises when we're sleeping. I also mentioned the situation with the filters and asked if they could bring me the right size. He said okay. I paid almost $200 dollars for the work he did. I don't know what he was doing, and I never got the filters. I tried calling them to talk about it, but I was told they couldn't help me. I'm not very happy, since I paid them for the filters. I'd used them two or three times before, once to change the motor that blows the hot and cold air through the house. But based on my recent experience, I would say not to deal with them. more

Our heat was broke and they were able to come the same day we called. Unfortuantley for us our furnace needed to be replaced. But they helped us pick the best system and it turned out to be resonably priced. They installed the new system the next day. more

We had trouble with our air conditioning unit. The technician was thorough in troubleshooting and resolving the cause of the malfunction. He not only check the compressor, but he evaluated the entire system. He was couteous in explaining to us the cause of the problem, in laymens terms, and also explained other potential issues with our thermostat as well. Overall the service was outstanding! Its nice to see a company in this day and age that provides excellent technical support with quality customer service. Keep up the great work! more

I woke up in the morning and my heat was not on. It wouldnot go on, allbut for a few minutes, and I smelled gas. I called one hour and they put me on the schedule that day. The service man that came was so nice and very knowledgable. He fixed the heat and was a pleasure to have him in our home.I will definitley call one hour again! more

We had a condensation problem in the attic and the ducts were leaking, which is why we called One Hour Heating & Air. The service was excellent. The 2 gentleman who came out to do the work did a great job. They were polite, courteous, and clean. I watched them work in the garage, putting the ducts together, and they were very attentive.
