Augustine arrive on time and was very professional and answered all my questions and even helped me figure out my new vacuum, so i could clean the ceiling grate while he cleaned the filter. Great service would highly recommend them to anyone. more

AC Repair 7/31/2016

AC went out blowing nothing but hot air. Called Arms One Hour. y were able to get a service rep (Mark) out on a Saturday morning, the completion had no week end service. Mark was a pleasant surprise very professional looking, polite Explained what was happening with AC. Mark then explained what he was going to do to trouble shoot system. Determined capacitor had failed, replaced failed part and did a complete check of system to make sure everything in good working order. Happy price. Would recommend ARMS to anyone need AC or heating service. more

We want to thank Doug for all his hard work in repairing our AC unit this week. He was in the triple digit heat and we felt so badly for him. We appreciate all who helped ordering the part, etc. We are so glad to have AC again. more

Best customer service 4/11/2016

After interview 3 other companies (sears, honeys air and other) i like the way they conduct their business mr.xiong m was cordial and explain clear all my questions and i make my decision based on price quality and the best part i didn't feel pressure to buy anything that i didn't wanted my appointment is this week so far i give 10 rate in customer help,i will review my installation later mr. Xiong m should get a pay rise for hes hard work and professionalism more

Arms Air Conditioning & Htg 3/13/2016

Mark came at the time arranged & checked our attic vent system thoroughly. He explained what was happening to our system after many years use & recommended a new vent system to avoid dust fallout & possible collapse of some sections. At our last checkup, we had been notified that the old system was deteriorating & would need to be replaced before long. We have decided to replace as advised. Kyle worked through the details of the plan with us & answered all our questions clearly. more

Normal Check Up of The Heating System 12/10/2015

It is always a pleasure to do business with this Company and today's visit was as expected. Doug did a great job and was very professional as was the young lady that I made the appointment with. They always give you a heads up when the technician is on the way and a new service that I like is that they send you and email and post pictures of the people that you are doing business with.
