Worst

I take my kids' clothes and toys to this store about twice a year. I take very good care of their Gymboree, Gap, Matilda Jane, etc... - wash in cold/hang to dry - and their toys ...

I take my kids' clothes and toys to this store about twice a year. I take very good care of their Gymboree, Gap, Matilda Jane, etc... - wash in cold/hang to dry - and their toys have been played with very gently. The time I've spent looking around the store while they're going through my things, I've never once found anything I wanted to buy. Everything looked faded/pilled/dingy, shoes were gross - no wonder they are thrilled to take all of my stuff. I'm surprised they don't have higher standards for what they accept. Looking at their prices, unless the item happens to be new with the tags, you could go to Target and buy brand new clothing for about what you pay here for used. I wish I had more time on my hands to sell my stuff on eBay - I'd make a lot more money! more

A Bargain 11/18/2005

This is a great place for buying slightly used clothes for children. You can also purchase furniture, swings, car seats, etc. at next to nothing prices. In addition, you can sellyour used clothing to them. They must be in very good shape and no stains. more

Great store! 8/8/2005

I am pleased to have found this great store. Kids clothes can be so expensive, but with once upon a child, the expense is cut down. The store is clean, and they even have a kid-friendly play area, where the kids can play while you look around! They sell everything gently used from clothes, cribs, toys and all of the things in between! more

Consinging kids clothes is good 7/31/2005

I went to once upon a child many times as my sister was growing up to consign her baby clothes for my mom. The prices they give are not always the best, but definitely help you recoup some of the money you spent. The selection is good and they really offer nice quality merchandise and clothing at a reasonable price.You get to use what someone else's child grew out of too fast! What could be better? more

Excellent place to shop for kids 7/28/2005

This store has a large selection of clothes and shoes, as well as lots of toys and other baby related items. We have taken my son in here several times to get new clothes and have bought a few toys here as well. The prices are all very reasonable and even though the items are used, they are usually in good shape. You can also sell clothes and toys to them and get cash back. more
