Best

On Track Automotive has been doing maintenance on my Honda Civic since I got it in 2007. So far so good, they have done oil changes, replaced my brakes, and have done really well ...

Worst

On Track has been taking care of my cars, all seven of them, for over twenty years and I've never had a problem with any of them. The guys are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone. more

Highly recommend a local business that stands by their word! 6/30/2011

On Track has been taking care of me for about 3-4 years. They are reasonably priced, trustworthy and really nice people. I have to wait while they work--and they are very respectful of my time. I feel confident knowing they've looked at my 10 year old vehicles. In fact, when my other car became a money pit, they encouraged me to sell, when they could have milked me for lots of $$s. You gotta love a business ethic like that. more

4.7 Stars! 6/23/2011

I just picked up my car. Only drove it the 3 blocks home, so I can't really rate the service, but everything seems to be working just fine. I appreciate they didn't recommend repairing the radio on a car that's over 20 years old. The recommended repairs are just for necessary systems. more

I have been a customer for many years. The customer service has been superb. The mechanical work on my vehicles has also been excellent. No question is too dumb. My car and I are treated very well. They have also been very flexible with my schedule. This is important with such busy schedules and responsibilities. Thank-you On Track team! more

With the automotive industry and repairs, it amounts to trust, and without a doubt you can trust On Track Automotive. You can trust their comments, you can trust their work, and you can have faith in the work they complete. I've been going to them for years, and everything has been 100 percent correct when done. It might be a little more expensive, but at least it is done correctly. more

They ALWAYS are able to provide expert service and repair. We need more businesses like this in our community. I live in San Francisco, but drive my vehicles to On Track for all my needs. more

The guys are always informative. They don't give you useless info. If they don't know the problem right away, Mike, Bob, or Steve will find out and get back to you. They give you options, and you don't ever walk away feeling as if you were up-sold by a sales person, but that you were taken care of with proper attention. more

I've been having my car serviced at On Track for several years and they always give great service at a good price. They go over any issues with my vehicle in detail and give an honest assessment of whether the repair need is urgent and critical, the pros/cons of waiting to make a repair. Never any unpleasant surprises with prices. Mike and his mechanics do a great job. more

On Track Automotive has serviced my cars for years now. I spend a lot of time on the road for business and need to keep my car running safely. So I guess you can say that I really do put my life in their hands! To me, I think they are the most honest, reasonable and thorough mechanic repair company I've ever worked with. I would tell a potential customer that they'd be foolish to take their cars anywhere else but there! If you've had less than stellar luck with auto shops, you'll be pleasantly surprised with the results you'll have with On Track Automotive! more

Going above and beyond 5/12/2011

I can't say enough about how great the service is here. They have a true dedication to perfection and making sure your car is running at peak performance. Mike and his staff listen when you tell them the issues you need them to look at and do not dismiss what I say just because I am not a mechanic. They are also understanding of everyone's tight finances these days which is so wonderful. I have already recommended On Track to friends and will certainly continue to do so. more

So....I purchased a money pit. A very high mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mike has been great at helping me make decisions about repairs given my use and timeline for using the vehicle. Nice guys, honest, decent and Giants fans. Definitely recommend. more

On Track Automotive is honest and trustworthy. I've never had an issue with them. They really go out of their way to take care of their customers. They've taken care of us in some really wonderful ways, like coming to our home to check out a car, or not charging for a tire change when I make there with a nail in my tire. They've been in our neighborhood forever. I've been going to them for over twenty years. My entire family has used them, as well as many of our friends.
