Matt Rezaiyan: quite possibely the best stylist of all time 11/18/2010

I've been having Stylist Matt Rezaiyan cut, color, and style my impossible hair for about a year now. I met Matt while shopping, we spoke about my hair, where I had been having it colored (formerly Jose' Eber)---and Matt told me, strait up, he could do it better for less money. So I gave him a chance. Boy am I lucky that I did. I can't live without him now! I have dark brown wavy hair, which I died blonde a decade ago. The folks in Beverly Hills could never get my platinum color right. Since I've been seeing Matt regularly, I have the most perfect, strait, lavender blonde hair that I have ever seen. Its better than Madonna's was, better than Christina Aguilara's, better that Gwen Stefani's--and I get compliments on it CONSTANTLY. And, believe it or not, its healthy. I LOVE my hair, and I love Matt for finally getting it right, listening to me, and giving me the hair I have always dreamed of. And he gets it right. Every time, on the first try. Great Hair Color and Make up 3/28/2010

Had a great experience at Beauty Bar. Went in with badly damaged hair after a couple of really bad self color jobs. Joseph and Matt fixed me right up figured out a better color for my base and did a technique I've never had before Baliage for Hi-lights... Very happy with it. Matt also did airbrush make up for me as i was going to an event i was really happy with the results. And had fun at the salon. Pros: Great Hair Colorist, Excellent Makeup more

Save your hair and go somewhere else!!!! 1/16/2010

I got my haircut by 'Jozeph' and nearly cried when I left. I went in with shoulder length hair that was all one length. I needed something new, so I asked him to do what he thought would make me look better. He described a wonderful haircut full of layers and beauty..... too bad he doesn't have the skills to bring his idea to life. I am 27 years old, and left looking like I am 45. My boyfriend laughed so hard when he saw me, I looked so ridiculous. Besides lack of talent, Jozeph is also a jerk. He argued with me during the haircut and offended me multple times. He even got into an arguement with me over which is my ""good side"". He said ""You are 27 and can't tell which side of your face is your good side!?!?! You'll grow up one day."" He was such a jerk. Also, an older male hairstylist made a girl cry in the chair next to me because he cut her hair into the most unflattering hairstyle ever. Do not go here if you want to look like a normal person when you leave or if you don't want to be offended by a rude hairstylist.
