Unbelievable Customer Service!!! 2/22/2010

I could not believe the help I received today from Rob at On The Spot. While I was at work I had someone scratch a car I had borrowed from someone. I wanted to get it fixed immediately before I returned it to them. I contacted On The Spot hoping they would be able to repaint the bumper by tomorrow. Rob explained to me that could not be done in these temperatures, but he spent 25 minutes on the phone with me explaining who I should call, how much I should look to pay, and what to specifically ask for. All the time knowing that I would not be using their service. I have never been so pleased with a company I did not even use. I will be calling them again when my car is out of the shop for a detail. To me great customer service goes a long way, and On The Spot has earned a customer for life. Thanks again more

We just moved to the area and needed to get two cars that had been abused by our two dogs, two cats, and the crazy weather during a 1,000mile drive. They came out in the cold and cleaned everything so thorough that our cars look, feel, and smell NEW. Awesome service -- we will be signing up for their reoccuring service plan. more

Even in the cold! 12/24/2009

I could not believe that these guys were able to come out in these temperatures to take care of the appointment I made a month ago. It was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, and I was afraid that we would not be able to get it done, but On The Spot assured me they would come take care of it, and they did. It looked amazing and my wife was most pleased. Thanks on the spot. more

I can not praise On the Spot Mobile Detailing high enough. They did a phenomenal job. My vehicle looks new. I wish I had before and after pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The outside of the car looks new. No pitting. No streaking. No haze. They cleaned the floormats and did a stunning job getting the doghair out of the headliner and the seats. more

I can't believe how great my car looks. I did not realize how bad it had gotten until my 6 year old son got in the car and thanked me for cleaning it for him. I did not have the heart to tell him I didn't do it. It has to be good if my child noticed the difference more

I had two Mustang full service detailed as well as an Expedition's headlights "restored". Both Mustangs are very well maintained, so a few of the full service detailing (i.e., steam clean upholstery) wasn't necessary, so I can't rate that. But both cars were immaculate, and I can see at night again with the Expedition. I have an older Mustang that I drive daily that will get the treatment after the winter season is over, and we'll use this team for detailing prior to big car shows. Well done. more

My experience with On The Spot Mobile Detailing was excellent. I had borrowed my sister's car and it was filthy, so I took it to On The Spot to have it cleaned before I returned it to her. The 2 guys who did the cleaning were very professional and respectful. It was obvious that they wanted to do a good job and please me. Whenever I asked them to touch up something, they did it readily. Rob, the boss, stopped by and introduced himself. He was friendly and a great person to work with. I would definitely recommend On The Spot Mobile Detailing. more

I use my car as my second closet, and it was in desperate need of a make-over. I contacted on the spot after researching detailing companies online. They went above and beyond my exoectations and did an excellent job cleaning my car inside & out. The price is right and the workers are very nice & professional. Very impressive 8/12/2008

I run a daycare, have a family, and am going to school in the evenings, so I definitely have little time to worry about the state of my minivan. However, the parents of my kids definitely notice if it looks like a mess. When I found On the Spot I was very excited to know they would come to me and work with my schedule. And on top of that they did a great job! No more grape juice on my rugs! more
