Terrible technician who didn't even know what unit was ours in our complex. He gave us a bogus diagnostic and told us our thermostat was broken and we had to go buy a new one. Two hours later after a trip to Home Depot and $80 later we came home to find out that the thermostat plate wasn't connecting with the switch.... so when you switched the thermostat to ""cold"" it was not registering on the circuit board of the thermostat, it was only being switched on the plastic ""plate.""
When we called telling them that their ""certified technician"" that we had to pay $88 dollars for didn't even know this the woman, Laura, who answered our call was really defensive and asking me if we were certified to make that conclusion. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told her that her ""Certified Technician"" doesn't even know how to switch on the thermostat. I told her I was going to contest to American Express and she said, ""Go ahead, you already signed the invoice and you HAVE to pay."" What kind of customer service is that????? Her tone of voice was soooo nasty!
DO NOT USE QUALITY AIR CONDITIONING!!!! They don't know what the hell they are doing and they are very rude!!!!!!
