On The Roxx Bar & Grill

Went down on a Friday night when I didn't feel like hangin out with the ""under-agers"" and college parties downtown and found it to be a fun, party attitude without the snobby, drunken attitude. Met some great new friends and was told about trivia night there on Tuesdays. Went down for that and had a blast! There are a LOT of regulars who come to play and they make you feel right at home. The host is entertaining and the questions are fun! Will DEFinately go back! Pros: Tons of fun and met a lot of new people! more

We had a great night in a new bar! Large bar with a DJ on one floor and a bunch of bands in the lower level bar. Alot of friendly people to strike up conversations with and drink the night away. Definetly a place to visit alot more frequently!! Pros: Had fun and met a bunch of new friends! Cons: The hangover the next day more

Went there on a Friday, some ""regular"" (I'm guessing), verbally assaulted my group and refused to stop touching one of the males in our group after he repeatedly asked her to stop. When we tried to find someone who worked there to help us WE were told by a bouncer to chill out, as if we were the ones causing trouble, all the while she continued to try to get one of us to fight with her.\r \r They lost business that night, and none of us will go back. Apparently that regular must make them a lot of money since there was only about 5 people in there on a weekend and they let a group of people walk out. Not smart business, if they want the new location downtown to work, then they can't act like a bar out in the country.
