Go see Sandy, she's amazing! She really, REALLY listens to what you want, and with her skills and experience, can deliver the results flawlessly. She's especially awesome with curly hair and does a mean blow-out. Not only that, but she's super down to earth and fun. The salon is in a great neighborhood and has a professional but comfortable, friendly vibe. Highly recommend! more

Great sylist. really nice fun to talk with. 1/22/2008

Cirrus did my wedding 2 months ago, she did a great job. She has a lot of talent. She did hair and makeup for 7 of us, we all looked polished and not over done, I have also seen her for highlights and extensions, , They were also very good. Her extensions lasted months and I did not loose one!! She only charges$300 for a half head. I have paid over $800 at downtown salons only to have them fall out in weeks. She is also very fast for not having an assistant, Would highly recommend her to anyone. more

Awesome haircut and hot stylist! 7/25/2007

This place rocks. I was walking around the city looking for a spot to grab some yogurt & granola and walked in here for a quick cut. My stylist Lori was awesome! Hot and what a head massage! The place is real chill and welcoming and she made me smile the whole time. I didn't really know exactly what I wanted to do, but she was able to give me a perfect cut. I'll definitely be back to see that girl again...thanks! Pros: hot stylist, chill music, great haircut more

Worst service ever. Got extensions from cirrus. Her extensions were good but her service was horrible. Constantly switched the prices for the same service from appointment to appointment depending on her mood. She charges by the hour for her extensions so she takes as long as she wants. Also gossips about clients with other coworkers. Parking is a nightmare. Pros: the extension technique Cons: parking and unprofessional hair dresser more

Great cuts and color and a lot of fun 3/31/2007

My hair stylist has just moved to this salon and this is the third salon that I have followed her to. I am not usually the kind of person who would be too concerned about sticking with one stylist but she does such a great job. I always leave feeling pretty, styled, and happy. I have a lot of fun with Onika but she is also very proffesional. If you aren't sure what you want she has a lot of great ideas but she also makes me feel like she listens to my input. Pros: Great stylist, very thorough Cons: Parking can be challenging, don't be in a rush more

picture-perfect cuts 2/26/2007

Lecia is the only stylist I've been to here, and she was excellent. On several occasions I brought in photos of the look I was seeking, and she duplicated it exactly. I had no idea my hair could have the texture she gave it; I've been 100% happy every time. Pros: Lecia is awesome, they have great products for sale Cons: a somewhat holier-than-thou Lower Haight attitude more

Want a funky new style? This is it!! 12/14/2006

I love this place. I wanted a new hairdo that is a bit more funky, young, hip and creative. I went to Jenene and she gave me the perfect coloring and the cut is amazing. All the stylists in the shop seem to be great at their jobs! If you want that new do that?s not the typical cookie cutter look, this is your place! Pros: Unique styles done right! Jenene is a genius 7/12/2006

I just moved away from SF and I cannot tell you how much I miss my sylist, Jenene Curtis. Jenene cut my hair for four years. In that time, I didn't have one bad haircut. She did a consistently superb job everytime. And she's reasonably priced. She let me know what would look good on me and what wouldn't - I have complete trust in her judgment. I would recommend Jenene to everyone in the Bay Area - you will not get a better cut or color anywhere else. Pros: Cuts, colors, products available Cons: Parking more
