Wonderful Theater 4/14/2006

I love going to the Omnimax Theater at the Science Spectrum. It is a lot like an IMAX. This theater offers a great panoramic view with great surround sound. Most of the time there are very interesting and educational films being shown, but occasionally they offer a "fun" movie. Admission is very reasonable, since this is the only theater of its type in the area. Also, the Omni Theater is at the Science Spectrum, so you could have a great field trip or fun science filled day, all at one location. more

Large town experience! 12/23/2005

The Omnimax Theater at the Science Spectrum is the basic "omni" style theater found in most large cities. The theater is an experience unlike any other theater in the city though, with its panoramic view and ultimate stereo sound. Also, the shows that the theater shows are very fun and are usually educational, so it would be a good experience for the kids also. I definitely recommend coupling a show at the theater with a visit to the Science Spectrum! more
