I pay them for 5 years -- on time I might add- for a car loan. At the end of the loan, I call their customer service to talk about the loan being paid off. I am at work. No paper billing statements, all paid online. But if I cannot furnish my customer number, they won't even consider talking to me. Egads! Don't they have other questions they can ask to verify my identity? Nope. Only the customer number and nothing else. I'll never BANK there that's for sure.
