I have eaten Sushi at some of the finest restaurants in New York, California, and Las Vegas, and I can safely say you won't find a better value on sushi anywhere. No, this doesn't mean their fish is the freshest, nor of the caliber of some restaurants in major cities, like Flirt in NYC, however, for the price their sushi is unbeatable. I highly recommend the spicy scallop hand roll and the white tuna and scallion roll, both of which are excellent. Their tempura is crisp and delicious, and their edemame come coated in course salt which add a dynamic character to the dish. A word to the wise, avoid their house salad, the dressing is inconsistent and leaves much to be desired. All around, this restaurant is a pleasant suprise nestled in the middle of a college town. Just a note, they have been getting busier, so be prepared to wait as they do not accept reservations on the weekends.
Pros: Great Food at Great Prices, a Wide Variety of Classic Japanese Food, City Feeling in a College Town
Cons: Ikea Modern Interior, Parking Can Be a Hassle, Avoid the Salad, Service Gets Easily Flustered
