Our visit was unsatisfactory. Please read this whole review, we are not the type to complain for freebies. \r

On our first night visiting the beautiful Hollywood Beach, we decided to try O'Malley's due to it's great location. We decided to get appetizers, drinks, and four entrees. It was very busy but there were tables open. We were greeted promptly, but it took a very long time to take our orders. In fact it took over two hours to receive our entrees. \r

Here is the story. We are on vacation and thought it would be fun to order some fun drinks. On the menu it stated that the coconut souvenir cup double-shot mojito is $14.95, and all-day refill is $8.50. When we received our bill, we questioned the server why there was an extra charge for an salad that was included with an entree, and also were 5 charges for $8.50 each for mojitos, when the menu states that you get all-day refills for $8.50. The server immediately corrected the salad error, and he explained that the mojito refills are $8.50, when in fact it is just a mojito in a plastic cup... Why is that considered a refill, and why was this menu worded so tricky. The drinks were not much more than a cheap rail mix with a sprig of mint. I am not sure why this is considered a double shot, they were not strong at all. Our server discussed this situation with the manager and concluded that we pay all of it, and they did worded nothing wrong.\r

The moral of the story is that an $8.50 "all-day refill" is just another way to rip off tourists to think they get unlimited refills of a cheap mixed drink, and then wait till they get the bill to act surprised.\r

We spoke to the manager after we paid our full bill to talk about the situation, hopefully to have it clarified in the future. The manager acted like it was a waste of his time, and actually walked away from us mid-conversation.\r

We are not the type to complain when unnecessary, but we were treated with so much disrespect at this establishment after we ordered a very large meal that took so long to get. We are not "spring breakers", this is a "girls-only vacation" to get an escape from our careers. I feel like we were stereotyped into the younger more irresponsible crowd who is trying to get something for nothing.\r
\r
The managers only solution is that we come for ladies night and drink for free to make up for it!
