I am a two time user of Olshan to fix my foundation. The first time, 8 years ago, was a dream situation. They were done on time, in budget and replaced interior tiles as well as sealed the mortor cracks left by the settling. When we needed additional work, I didn't hesitate to call. Boy was I sorry for not getting other options. SERVICE has gone down hill. Maybe the demand is so high for foundation repairs after the drought last summer, that they feel they no longer need to treat the customer right. I was sold one thing and got another. The technician provide a detailed map of my home and charged me based on the number of supports needed. Well, they changed the number needed but didn't bother to lower the price at all. My biggest concern was a huge crack outside our master bedroom - after the job is done - that crack remains - makes me wonder if they missed something. The sales rep also failed to inform me they planned to do nothing to help return the interior of my home into a usable state. They will not replace my tiles or push back the carpet. Apparently the person who did that for me before should not have. Okay, fine. But did you have totally rip up my carpet pad moving the carpet or chip extra tiles around the holes without taking them completely out. This makes it hard for a homeowner to DIY the job. Final a complaint - the construction crew jackhammered 3 post tension cables in the slab and it has been a long drawn out process to get those fixed. The 4-5 day job is now well into the 2nd week. Believe me, I am telling my friends to beware of Olshan.
