Best Cat EVER 8/26/2012

Great Place for Pets! 1/10/2010

These folks are patient and knowledgeable, and will take the time to help you find what you actually need; they will not just try to sell you the costliest item. Excellent prices on herp feeders, although I wish they had more herps available...this shop is run nice and clean. I highly recommend! more

Best Pet Shop in Auburn 9/10/2008

I shop at Oliver’s and will continue to shop there. Good for them for standing by their Fish replacement policy especially when you took a healthy fish and its subsequent care was then entirely outside of the shops control. I know from buying fish there if you lose one within 10 days from purchase, bring in your water sample, the fish that died in it and the receipt and if your water tests ok Olivers will replace the fish Good Policy, Bad Customer, Perhaps you’re the one who should shop somewhere else. more

Don't buy here 5/31/2008

I bought a Beta fish for an auction. I had the owner pick one out for me I bought the items she said and the fish lasted 3 days! The little boy was devastated when the fish died. I went back and asked to get another fish. I had the receipt. The mom of the little boy, flushed the dead fish after he went to school (He was very upset) It was his first pet. At any rate, the owner would not replace the fish with out the fish. I explained to her what happen. She still said NO. I will never shop there again. I purchased this a fish at another store Too bad they lost a lot of customers and future business over a 3.95 sale and greediness. more

Oliver's Pet Shop 8/3/2005

This is a cool place to go for pets and food. They have great prices on fish and mice. The people who work there are really nice and helpful with every question you could have. They have some really great stuff there too. It is a great place to go for all your pet needs. more
