I think Jess may have lost his touch. I sent in a B-15 head, was charged $347 for a set up of 2 new power tubes, cleaning and checkup. He also changed the ungrounded power cord to yet another 2 prong ungrounded power cord. When I complained of a shock, he told me I didn't undertand the steps to turn on a tube amp (he was kind of nasty actually and I DO know how to turn on a tube amp!) I brough the amp in to a local shop who prompty changed the power cord to a grounded one, changed a cap and fixed some loose solders and it sound just fine.
