Oliver Family Healthcare

Patient for about 15 years now and for the last 2 years the people who answer the telephone when I call (EVERY TIME with out exception) have put me on hold & never get back after holding for 10, 15, 20 minutes then I hang up and call back to get the answering service (this has happened at least 4 times on different occasions). They will take message and no one bothers to call me back so I have had to call several times to get an answer. Many times the phone simply does not get answered during office hours. Today I called per their automated request only to have the phone picked up after about 6 rings then SLAMMED down on me with out a hello or anything. It is OBVIOUS the workers at the front desk do not give a damn about their job much less the patients. For this I would give a one star but I just think the world of Amber Miller. She ever leaves I will never step back in their doors! more

I have always enjoyed speaking with the doctors here. Very warm staff. Amber Miller is great to talk to and very kind, and actually took the fear out of gyn exams for me. I finally scheduled a complete physical with her last year (after about 10 years of avoiding it) because she was just so comfortable to deal with and always listens to every word. My whole family goes here (me, my husband & 2 girls ages 8 and 6). At my request, Dr. Oliver prescribed Armour Thyroid for me instead of a synthetic, and I appreciated that he cared about my opinion on that. I've been on it a couple years with good success. He also once spent almost an hour talking to me about my depression and ""finding a purpose in life"" and talked about his own experiences with finding happiness. He was really engrossed in the conversation! :-) I've seen all the doctors at least once over the years, and they're all great people. They take walk-ins as well, which was welcome when I got a very uncomfortable UT infection and couldn't wait til morning for an appointment. Overall, I feel I'm in good hands there, and I've had many doctors over the years that did NOT make me feel that way. -- I'm one of those people that usually don't go to the doctor except when I'm really sick, or I can't research and cure myself on my own. I'd recommend this group to anyone looking for a good, comfortable family doctor. Pros: Warm staff more

My family has seen Dr. Greg Oliver for many years and the care has been spectacular. Never wait more than a few minutes past appointment time and the treatment and information are excellent. I so enjoy the fact that I can have spinal adjustments, skin care, etc., in addition to the normal medical procedures - all at one place! Dr. Oliver is always familiar with the latest treatments, policies and procedures. I have recommended him to several friends and co-workers over the years - always with positive results. If you visit Dr. Oliver, you won't go anywhere else! more
