I can not recommend in any way. Seafood was HORRIBLE! Service was sad.Bad Attitudes were obvious and server was too lazy to get more bread sticks- never came !Lettuce was good but I would like to thank the Farmers who grew it- all Olive Garden did was stick some salty dressing and very salty cheese on it! The salt and the bad service/food raised my blood pressure-don't go unless you are on medication! more

Good food 10/30/2010

The food here is consistenly good and the salad is always fresh and cripsy cold. Bartenders are not very friendly (1 in particular) and servers are often not so clean or professional hence the 3 stars. We go here usually once everyother week and have never had any major problems. Just wish their bartender was more people friendly and servers a litte more professional. I think this comes from the managers not being the most kept and professional. They are not bad, just a little more "Country" in their appearance and demeaner So go for the food and take your friends and you'll be happy. If you can't handle occasional bad servers don't go here or if you're going alone and want a good bartender don't go here. TGI Fridays in the mall or JB Dawson's is a better choice since they have some good bartenders and they are all friendly. more

disappointing once again 4/30/2010

This is the second time I have been to an Olive Garden, the first for my wife. Both occasions at this particular one. This experience was as disappointing as the first. The food quality was very good, the waiter was very good, but that was where the good ends. My wife had the chicken Marsala, I had the classic lasagna. The chicken was an average portion with lots of potatoes to make the plate look full, but the lasagna portion was the size of a kiddie meal, measuring about 3". It was obvious that management prefers to understaff, given the hurried pace of the wait staff. The waiter brought 3 breadsticks at a time, and the large salad bowl brought to the table was only filled with enough salad for 1 1/2 small individual salads. Had to repeatedly keep asking for salad and breadsticks because of that. The house dressing was very good, there was NO choice of dressing. If it wasn't for the bread sticks, and the salad, we both would have left hungry, and neither of us gorge ourselves. Bottom line, not worth the wait or the money. Pros: excellent food quality Cons: many more

Great food, lackluster experience 3/9/2008

Upon entering the Olive Garden on a Sunday evening, one will be captured by the sound of people chatting, the beautful aroma of italian food, and the feeling elbows in your side as a path is cleared to the hostess. The name is given, and 75 min. later, we are seated in the dinning room ready to be served. Pros: Great food Cons: Poor Service more

An extremely pleasant experience. 11/25/2006

When you are at the olive Garden you feel as are the only people their. The service is excellent and the staff dedication is way above average. The food excellent. Try it you will never regret it. Pros: The entire experience. Cons: Parking more

Olive Garden Review 12/7/2005

The Olive Garden is generally a fairly good Italian restaurant. The soups and pastas are delicious, although some entrees are a little expensive for a chain restaurant. My only complaint would be that the service in Lancaster is often poor. more
