It was mid afternoon and my husband and I were hungry. We headed to the Olive Garden on 192. There was plenty of parking at that time of the day.
We were seated immediately but right in a corner. 5 minutes past, 10 minutes, and by 15 minutes we decided that we would eat elsewhere. As we were leaving the hostess asked if we had had a nice meal. Well, I told her that if we had been served, it might have been. She asked us to stay and took us to the opposite side of the restaurant, bought a server with her, and promised that a Manager would see us.
We had an excellent meal, and our server was very attentive until my husband asked for more sauce for his spaghetti. That never arrived.
At the end of the meal we asked about the Manager and he came and chatted to us and told us that they had taken care of the whole check.
So now I can tell you that if they mess up they correct the problem immediately.
