My husband and I went here about 6 weeks ago to try something new. We know many couples who eat here on a regular basis and, although Italian is not our favorite cuisine, we thought it would be good to try. When we walked in, we were very pleased with the design and decoration of the interior; nice lighting created a warm, inviting ambience, and we felt very comfortable sitting there. The menu choices were a little disappointing - it seems too many business are trying to make their little menus sound like cable network food shows - but we each found a dish we thought sounded good. The wait staff could have been more attentive and friendly, and we waited much too long between times for our server to see if we had any needs. The cashier was unfriendly, and obviously doesn't like her job (and that projected onto the customers). When the food came, it looked very good and we were eager to try it. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was little better than Chef Boyardee, and for $14.99 per entree, I expected better, frankly. I had the fettucini alfredo, and my husband had the lasagna. We had heard and read good reviews about both dishes. We actually enjoyed the bread more than the meal. Although I wouldn't give it a bad review, I doubt we will ever go back.
Pros: Nice ambience, clean tables
Cons: Food is just not that appealing or plentiful
