We went there for a bachelorette party. First of all they don't take reservations, so I showed up 30 minutes before everyone else. I told the hostess we needed a table for 20. About 45 minutes later ( not a bad wait for a Saturday nite) we were buzzed. This was after we watched a bus with a soccer team (over 30) show up 20 minutes after us. I go inside and the waitress says ""I have your table for 10 ready"" I told her I requested a table for 20 and she said it was clearly marked for 10. The hostess was right there and admitted I told her 20. She said she would fix it and it would be a few more minutes. At the same time the soccer team of 30 is walking past us to be seated. She comes in and says she has managed to work us in but it will be a tight fit and did we all want to sit together. I said of course we do, she seated us right in the middle of the walkway so I was getting bumped through the entire meal. 5 people in our party had to sit in a booth behind us. After the seating fiasco, the service was very slow and the main hostess kept coming over to say she was sorry but they were really busy and that was the best she could do. The food was good, but most of our meals arrived separately , so several of us were finished about 20 minutes apart. All in all, we had a decent time, the main course was good, but the salad didn't have enough dressing and they only brought 3 baskets of breadsticks and by the time we got our first refill the food was there. I don't think anyone got a drink refill. I like the food, but the service needs work. If they are that busy they should either take reservations or hire more staff.
