Unsatisfied Customer 4/8/2013

Last night I met some college friends for dinner at this particular Olive Garden location. There was an extremely long wait but would expect for a Sunday evening. The service was mediocre in which the waitress seemed to forget that a group of 7 was in her section. I had to wait until they caught, peeled and cooked the shrimp scampi that I ordered as an appetizer which when it arrived to the table was lukewarm. I ordered the chicken & shrimp which the majority of it is still in a box in my refridgerator. Then we ended up boxing our own food and waiting about 30mins for the waitress to bring our check..it was enjoyable seeing my friends but this dining experience was depressing!! One unsatisfied customer. more

Best Olive Garden Ever! 2/2/2010

Great! We ordered the seafood dip & made special dietary requests for our main dishes with no problems! Our waitress was fantastic even though we came in towards closing time. more

Never Ending 10/6/2002

It's to Our Enjoyment and good Service, that we lke { my boyfriend & I} to go up frequently to just sit & relax, get an appetizer/dessert, or then get Dinner also. This time we tried the " nwver ending Pasta- Having had the BowTies, with our FaV, the Marinara sauce witth meatballs, and It went Beyond Great! The dinner was so Good and someone put Just the "Right" spices in the Meatballs, tummm..... It was another wonderful evening to remember! more

Still Hungry 7/13/2002

I have never had a complaint about the Olive Garden and I have eaten there numerouse times. The portions are considerably smaller than they once were. Usually, after the meal I had to request a doggy bag because I couldn't eat all of the food, but not this time. We left unsatisfied, but the service was pretty good. Pros: Good Parking, Good Service, No Wait Cons: Small Portions more
