My fave breakfast place 12/6/2010

Good: Love the food, love the ambiance! It's just a great place to go and have a good old fashioned brunch or breakfast. I've been going for years and everyone we take there loves it.. Bad: It's a but small, and that's the charm. What I don't like is that I always have to wait in line outside to get a table!. Improvements: Well it's not as if they can make the place any bigger and fit more folks in there. I do wish the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner.. more

No Big Deal 9/22/2007

I have been there four times over the past 11 years. Each time I found the food, service and cleanliness to be a little below average. With all the other restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, I can not understand why anyone would wait in line for a seat at this place. more

Love this restaurant. A little cramped on the weekends and really long lines, but well worth the wait. Amazing service. The lines go quickly, with the cooks putting out plate after plate of hot food. The men who seat you are very courteous and the waitresses are fleet footed with a quick smile. And a little know secret.....they have a great dinner too. You gotta try their deserts! more

Great little diner 9/9/2005

You have to have a go-to diner in your collection of restaurants and Ole's is ours. It is exactly what you'd expect. Vinyl booths. Hot coffee. FAST service. And a mad crazy rush at popular times. Which means breakfast. You can get all the standards including incredible chicken apple sausage, hash, and biscuits. The service is always friendly and the prices reasonable. On weekends there will always be a line for breakfast but there will also be plenty of people to chat with while you wait. And you can always grab a cup of coffee at any of 3 coffee shops up the street before you come get in line. more
