Olean Veterinary Clinic

HIGHLY recommend Olean Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Kelley. I've had to call Dr. Kelley for emergency visits and he always responded very quickly and professionally... not to mention his emergency fees are WAY CHEAPER than other vets around. This vet doesn't nickel and dime you. He does exactly what he needs to do for your pet and doesn't pressure you to do more. Prices are extremely reasonable and he is always so kind and caring with my pets. His vet assistants are very intelligent and knowledgeable about the care of animals as well, and don't have a problem giving advice over the phone. Love this place and will never take my pets anywhere else! more

This vet has no urgency or priority in follow ups, maybe because I prepaid for the visit now 2 months later I am still having to wait 2 weeks more for the follow up because they don't have time and have had to cancel. It was for a follow up vaccine but now I am going to have to find another vet to see my puppers and hope she didn't contract Lyme or something worse because my dogs health and risk were not important to this vet. I am the one who asked about the Lyme vaccine. All this vet cares about is sales and seems to relies on the lack of options as its biggest factor. In fact when I took my dog in this vet acted surprise I took my healthy dog in to get her 2 year vaccines and not because she was sick!! Then made me feel like I needed to pick the tick collar they wanted me to buy for 91 dollars, lasts 8 months (it is the end of October!!) 15 dollars to write an RX for something they don't carry and it will be at least 48 hours before it will be done. I don't even know what to say, this vets office only cares about money and not your pets health. more

I would absolutely recommend Olean Veterinary Clinic to my friends and family. They do outstanding work. more
