My coworkers & I hadn't eaten here months but we're been in 3 times in the last 2 weeks because we heard it was under new management and boy does it show!?! We had lost faith a few months back because had experienced a series of unfortunate events from no guacamole to sloppy service but we heard it had changed. The food is tastier than ever and we left completely satisfied. We could tell that the server was pretty new, but overall she was sweet & attentive, most of all....she remembered our beverage orders & details upon our second visit. She also remembered 2 out of 5 of our names upon our second visit! And on the 3rd visit she remembered us all. We'll keep coming back! Pros: Better food & great service Cons: no delivery more

Not sure why people complain about the service here, I always get good service though it IS fairly empty on weekday afternoons. You can get a decent lunch if you work in the area for under $10. The 3 tacos are massive and you get chips and salsa gratis. Food is tasty and comes out super fast. Booths are definitely uncomfortable and I avoid at all costs. more

The service is really bad. Went in on a Saturday afternoon- wanted to order food after a few drinks, and the waiter took 10 mins to get us our menus, and then he took another 20 minutes till he came back to take the order (that was after he asked another waitress to call him) --we were one of three other tables. He never returned after that. The food is decent, but they need to fire this particular waiter. Pros: Decent Food Cons: Bad waiter more

15 people for lunch in a restaurant that was almost empty. 10 minutes for menus - 25 minutes before the order is taken - 40 minutes for chips and salsa - 55 minutes we went inside to get our own water - 1:15 minutes for the sodas to arrive - 1:35 minutes before appetizers come out 1:45 minutes (and down 3 people) for the lunch to be served. Had lunch there recently. The resturant was only 1/4 full. Service was extremely slow. They were out of the chicken tamales, so I had the chicken fajitas. They were good, not great. Waiter never checked on me. I had to have a different server re-fill my water. Took 10 minutes from time I was finished before someone realized and sent my waiter over.
