Brent has worked more than once before at my mother-in-law's house and she and my wife were very pleased with him. We had a clogged toilet. I tried plunging it and snaking it without success. So we needed a professional. We never considered calling anyone else. Brent got here early the next morning. He brought a toilet auger (I'd never heard of such a thing) and solved our clog in no time. His rates were very reasonable. He's a nice, friendly, professional person who was easy to deal with. We absolutely made the right choice calling him and will call him first for any more plumbing or sprinkling repairs. more

I have used them for over 10 years for all types of problems. brent is very knowledgable and always has great ideas to solve my sprinkler problems. I have tried other companies in the past and they are not as experienced. brent cannot be beat. always prompt, polite, and his prices are very fair for top quality work. more

I had a difficult schedule to fit in but Older Home Specialists were able to accommodate me. They repaired my sprinkler, valve, and they found some leaks in the system, too. He's found everything, fixed everything, and I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Reliable and Trustworthy 3/16/2014

Brent worked on a lawn sprinkler system that my father and I installed back in the late 1970s at our family house in Granite Bay CA. He is a very knowledgeable and personable guy who did excellent and very affordable work on a sprinkler system that needed lots of help. Thanks to Brent the system works better than ever. I would definitely recommend Brent and intend to call on him again. more

He did a great job and worked fast. 3/4/2014

I had no problems with Brent from Older Home Specialists. He changed a valve and fixed a water leak in the line one time, then checked out my front lawn sprinklers on a different date. He did great work! more

Brent is always right there when I need him. I don't ever have to worry about my sprinkler at all because he's a great support person. He does great work and is fair priced. more

Brent is our older home specialist 2/25/2014

I have a 1930's home and 3 rentals. Brent has worked at all of them at one time or another. Everything from new sprinkler systems, repairing plumbing, re routing pipes, he even correctly diagnosed a leak in my basement that 2 other "experts" claimed to be the water heater. It was the condensation line from the ac unit that looked like the water heater leaking. He is knowledgable and fair, and is highly recommended. more

Top rated company, very competent service, and a very successful outcome. 2/20/2014

Older Home Specialists are top flight! He repaired a broken line for me and repaired a sprinkler bent by redwood. He also made some great suggestions about my sprinkler system that I took him up on. He has great ideas, is not too expensive and does quality work. I have recommended him 2 times already because I was so happy with his service. I appreciate his work immensely. more

I would recommend him 2/18/2014

Older Home Specialists dug up the front yard to replace all the piping because the house I live in was built in the 1960's. They job and price was excellent and the man who did the job was very pleasant. He kept his word and was here when he said he would be, which is rare. It was like we were special to him. He put our job above everything else he was doing. His commitment was something I appreciated. The experience was very satisfying and even after the job service, he checked everything twice to make sure it was up to standard. more
