Do not expect a good inside trim job. We ended up buying the trim and finishing the job ourselves. O/W windows from the factory are very nice.

Aren't new windows supposed to help keep the draft out? 11/11/2008

My parents live in an older home. They could feel a draft through their windows so decided to replace some of the worst ones. The installer from Old Town Glass came out. The windows are new - but they still have a bit of the draft. When he installed the windows, due to it being an older home, he left small gaps where the windows installed in the frame. When my mom called to complain, she was told the installer should have taken care of this. They did make an attempt to help - but like I said - it is an older home. more
