Olde Town Heating & Air

Olde Town installed my HVAC unit with wires over the floater switch, and when those wires prevented my floater from shutting off my unit, the catch pan overflowed with water and ruined my ceiling. Frank Allen postured that nothing was his fault (without even looking at the problem) and told me that because I did not have his company service this unit (installed new and is only about two years old), that basically he would do nothing. ""You just need to call your insurance company,"" he said. Frank was contentious on absolutely every point. His only concession was that he would send someone out to ""clean and check"" if I thought that would help. I am afraid to deal with this company based on the way Frank has dealt with me and my husband.\r Update on 6/16/15: My insurance company wants this problem handled through Mr. Allen's insurance company; however, now Mr. Allen is refusing to give me his insurance company's name. I will update as necessary. more

This company is top of the line. Great service, communication and fair pricing. My AC unit went out during the summer, a week before my wedding, when we had company coming in town. Olde Towne came out quickly, gave us a great price and had a new unit installed promptly. Quite possibly the easiest interaction with a company. They also perform our yearly maintenance and always look out for us as a customer by making sure the unit is in top form. I would highly recommend this company. more

This person is a competitor who now is out of business he is what you would call a Internet bully or was. I seriously would not recommended this company to anyone, they come in to your homes and tell you that your system needs a repair and give you the cost of repair and if you call other companies around the area and they come out for a second opinion not only I was I told diagnosis was bad but cost was way too high. Neighbor of mine also had work done and had paid for a part that she was told needed to be ordered, not only did they never return with the part they also will not return her call!! more
