A very good small used car dealership. All our family members purchased cars from this car lot since 2008. We like their way of doing finance. They are friendly and their finace plans are reasonable. You can even get some money back when you pay off earlier. They never screw people up. more

My experience with these people has been VERY stressful, incovenient. and EXPENSIVE!!! before purchasing a SAAB 9-3, i asked the sells lady, Grace if she could have the car cleaned because it was trash in the back seat. She said " if i do i will add it to the price of the car. It cost money to detail a car". i asked her was the maintenance up to date and if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. She said " every car goes through our mechanic and there's nothing wrong with the car, its a great car. its a good deal". Ok, after 2 days i ran out of gas because the gas gauge said it had a full tank, after being stranded and discovering it was broke. called Grace the next day she said " its YOUR car not mines fix it!" (she hangs up). i called her back she sends me to vmail. Next issue was i took the car to a shop to get my oil changed. The mechanic said my spark plugs needed to be changed immediately. Had them checked and the mechanic indicated that the spark plugs were in the car so long that they cracked in the engine. Called Grace, guess what? she hangs up! Taking them crooks to Court!!! do not buy from them more

My experience with Olde Mill Motors is fantastic. Last year I purchased a 1998 Honda Accord EX from them. The car runs great but with the price way much lower than other dealerships. More important, they are very friendly people. I will purchase another used car for my teenager daughter later this year :) more

Selection of cars was not that great. They let me test drive anything on the lot that wanted, which was a plus. I was in search of a car for my wife, a SAAB 9-3. They told me that control knobs for the defrost weren't working great. I asked them if they would fix that if I was to buy the car. Of course they said yes and now they don't even work. I also mentioned that the car had a shake to it when it got above 45mph. Not a big deal but whoever they have ""fixing"" these cars is only doing it so you don't come back with them. Now I have to spend $350 on something that was supposed to be fixed in the first place. They are very nice people, extremely hard to understand since they are Chinese or something, not that I have a problem with that or anything. I just don't know if they actually know what kind of vehicles they are getting on their lot or not. I would suggest that if you have a mechanic that you trust to look at the car first, then go that route. Just don't get suckered like I did and have someone look at the vehicle first. Pros: Good price on the car that I found Cons: No knowledge of vehicles on lot. No negotiations except for what needed to be worked on. Even then I was basically lied to. more
