i have used Olde English for years never had a issue with price or work performed fully recomend this shop.

Worst

Hung up on me for no reason. not the way to treat potential customers. I will not refer or bring any cars there.

i took me car to another shop in town wanted to charge me $2400 to repair found this place by accident. Did the repairs for $987 check engine light has been off for 3 months. Great work. more

cheaper then the dealer 4/5/2010

called the dealer first and they quoted me much higher then what i paid for the work done here on my jag. I dont like people to sweet talk me so i appreciated the straight forward attitude of the guy i talk too. he also didnt talk to me like i was stupid which i've had other mechanics do before. AVOID OLDE ENGLISH 9/4/2009

I called for a quote on rear brakes for my car. Owner quoted a good price, was very nice with ""bring it right in dear, not to worry dear, we'll fix you right up dear."" Made me feel like as a woman I could trust him (my first mistake). Took my car in and had the work done. When my husband went in to pick it up the price had doubled. A miscommunication they said, the price he quoted was for parts. In this economy no one can afford a miscommunication like that. Avoid the hassle AVOID this place. Pros: Warm fuzzy on the phone. Cons: Sticker shock when the bill comes! more

look elsewhere 7/16/2009

I had the misfortune of having my truck repaired here. Very expensive for an independant (the dealer would have been about the same price) and poor workmanship. When I picked up my truck it was filthy, parked in a mudpit and had an oil stain on the seat. The repairs were made but not too my satisfaction. I could've returned it there for the corrections to be made but chose not to. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, those were done on the same day and are BOGUS. Cons: too many to list more

Not good 4/30/2009

Took my 1960 Austin Healey here, hoping for specialized service. Had two (2) sets of brand new wheel bearings put on; front wheel nearly fell off both times driving in traffic. Shoddy workmanship and problem oriented, not solution oriented. Owner seemed like a decent chap, but can be surly and uncooperative. Look elsewhere for your repairs, or learn to do them yourself. Will NEVER return. Pros: Non discernable Cons: Overpriced, unfair, rude, not help,etc., etc. more

i took my Land Rover here for the last 5 years. Have always been spot on with estimates of repairs.Most time it has been a one day affair.Would not trust any other shop Pros: quick service, friendly, good pricing more
