I had the Chicken Calabacitas. Good and spicy.

As an Arizona Native I have heard about the Old Town Tortilla Factory for years, but had never made the journey over to the restaurant until last night.

Best In the Area. 7/29/2011

Myself and a couple of colleagues made our way to Tortilla Factory hoping for a good Mexican dinner. We were seated on the patio which was quite a treat in the beautiful Scottsdale weather. Drink orders were taken promptly and I selected the mango ice tea. This was the only disappointing part of the meal.I ordered enchilada with green sauce. They were fantastic and I finished the sauce with chips. We were all too full from dinner to order dessert but several tempting options were presented. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Of three mexican restaurants I tried in the area this was the best. more

we even got to sit outside when it was 40 degrees out. The patio heaters realy do make the patio feel like it is 20 degrees warmer! Look forward to our next visit... FYI, we loved the Mahi Mahi Tacos and the Pork Chop. more

Food was great! The hidden gem margarita along with the flavored tortillas made our evening. It's nice to be able to show off consistent local hot spots to coworkers from out of state. My boss was impressed and looks forward to hosting dinners at Old Town Tortilla Factory in the future! more

Great food 7/5/2011

Great food in a wonderful atmosphere. Our family enjoyed mexican dishes, seafood and pork ribs. All were well prepared and portions were large. Service was friendly. The outdoor patio was festive. And of course, the tortillas were like none I have ever enjoyed. They were served in place of chips and salsa - warm, soft with cilantro butter. more

I loved the Tortilla Factory 6/8/2011

I loved the Tortilla Factory--everything from the lovely patio with fountain and twinkling lights, fresh tortillas, and great food. I was visiting Scottsdale for just a few days and went there two nights in a row it was so good. The service both times was excellent. Margaritas were the best I have ever had. The chipolte sauce was to die for. I could not ask for a better dining experience. more

I had a great experience at your restaurant. We sat outside on the beautiful patio and really enjoyed your Treasure Margaritas. The hmemade tortillas were also so great! My husband ordered the Mahi Mahi Tacos and I ordered the Pork Chop... both were outstanding. I would highly recomment your resturant too all my friends and fmaily!!! We will be back!!! more

As we are from Seattle, my girl friend said the tortilla soup taste so homemade, also a rare find. We had the supersized "coctel par dos" which is giant tiger prawns serve cold with coctail sauce, that was truely fresh and firm, yummy! For the main course, I tried their signature "Red chili pork chop", wow, the meat was juicey and the chili sauce is flavorful with both sweetness and chili spiceyness that blend well together. My girlfriend's "pasta vallarta" also was very good, but dim in comparison to my dish. Overall, an excellent casual dinning experience. more
