Bill Fields is an excellent Theater Organist. I only hope he is training someone. Old Town Music Hall presents old classic movies from the 50?s to earlier both sound and silent. They begin the night with a 15-minute organ concert followed by 15 minutes of sing along then an intermission. After the intermission, they show the feature for that night. All this for $8. Where in LA are you going to get quality entertainment for about 3 hours for $8? This is well worth it. The concession stand does not gouge you as regular theaters do. The only drawback is the seats sometimes can be uncomfortable but worth making the trek.
Pros: Classic older theater and movies
Cons: comfort
